Love coming here! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable I swear some of them have to be licensed cause they know so much about how to care for the hair as well as doing chemical services I learn something new everytime I come in
I just want to say that Coco might be the best thing inside the entire store!! I came in today beside myself because I had just gotten my hair done and it was not looking good , her kindness, gentleness , peace, and patience with me went above and beyond. I even was crying and she gave me tissues and a hug!! I will definitely be back for my beauty needs in the future!! As fir Coco she should be the example we all follow in customer service.
Went to Sally’s in Elyria to return a blow dryer (that doesn’t turn on) that I bought in April WITH my receipt. I walk into the door and she asks “What’s the phone number?” I gave it to her and I told her it wouldn’t turn on and she continues to process the refund until her coworker comes over and start searching for a plug to see if it actually turns on. Been going to the elyria sallys for 10yrs The ladies have always been super helpful and kind. Always helping me with deals when I'm indecisive with what color, and specifics for covering my Grey's. Love these ladies, love this store!
