Very helpful staff actually the best I have had at any Sally's. They really know their stuff and they had the products I needed that I couldn't find at any if the big box stores.
I travel to Ohio from another state often and have visited the Sally's in Elyria several times. Each time I do, I marvel at how much better the customer service is than other states and Sally's stores, and how friendly, knowledgeable and kind the staff are. I called ahead this time for an item that is not available at the store I use in my home state.
