Went in to do a Uber pickup and asked for assistance and was told to figure it out. It doesn't matter if I'm Ubering for a customer or a customer myself it shouldn't be a issue to help. The worker attitude was unprofessional from the time I walk in. She was excited to assist the Caucasian customers but lagged to help the African American Uber worker.

I went to return a straightening brush purchased six days prior for my mother, but my initial return request was denied due to an alleged, and to me, unfamiliar return policy.
