Kind and helpful staff
I dye my hair quite often, so I’m a regular here. Although I mostly know what I am doing, I still like to ask the employees questions about products. The employees here are always really nice and helpful except for one employee, named Nina. Every time I have asked Nina a question or for her opinion on something, she has been extremely rude and unhelpful. They are always out of stock for everything. Useless store
I can't praise the young ladies that work here enough!! I made a retreat on 10/9, they were so kind and patient with me. The staff is absolutely lovely. Kindness goes a long way in customer service. These ladies are the ultimate example of AMAZING🧡🧡🧡🧡
