I went in to exchange a product. EXACT same product, same price, different scent. The employee said i was going to be charged $12 to exchange my product because i used a coupon when i bought it and the coupon was no longer valid. I was not asking for a refund… i was asking to exchange it for a different scent. Makes no sense. But ok. Probably wont be back due to the stupidity.

I go to dallys all the time. Multiple times a month. Normaly to seymour but recently moved to this area. I went in Saturday at about 630. The place had to workers and no one else in the store buy myself. They were rude and extremely unhelpful. They seemed to want nothing more than for me to leave. I asked about a product and neither of them cared to help. Extremely unsatisfied. Will be traveling to seymours sallys from now on.

hadlee was very rude to me and gave me dirty looks the whole time. Did not greet me and did not talk to me when I was checking out. my friend asked why she was giving me dirty looks and she said it was because she was tired. she was also wearing a very short crop top. She Looked and acted like she was on some kind of drug. I would give it zero stars if I could! DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE

I was in this store yesterday looking for hair color and considering I hadn't colored my hair in quite sometime, I no idea what shade to get. The young ladies in this store were so kind and helpful. I so appreciated their help.
