Soli was amazing!! She knew it all and was so friendly! Give her a raise!
Service wasn't the best, Food was just ok I guess, everything in the show stand looked dry. And food had a sour smell like something was bad!
I really wasn't certain which exact lightener & toner I needed when I stopped by the Bastrop Sally's this afternoon. I didn't have to worry about it because Rochelle assisted me and answered all my questions. She was friendly and very knowledgeable about the different products & brands I was trying to decide between. Excellent customer service! Thanks, again!
I usually don’t have that great of an experience at other Sally’s since a lot of employees look annoyed when you try to ask questions. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Solly/Solli can’t remember her name correctly. (Sorry) but she went above and beyond!!! Answered all our questions was super patient and listened to what we were looking for and recommended the right products. She was super knowledgeable and knew her products and what she was talking about 10/10
Horrible customer service from Rebecca I asked a question and she rolled her eyes. Acted like she was bothered that I was there.
