Everytime I come here, it is a weird shopping experience. The only way I can describe it is, unwelcoming. They ambush you the moment you walk in, asking if you want help. If you don't, then you're going to be followed and asked about every 5 seconds again if you want help. Then when you actually do need help (me just wanting to check out) no where to be found. Been coming here for years and today I had a simple return and the blonde girl at the register was short with me. Had an attitude and just bad demeanor. Won’t be coming back. Customer service is everything. I could understand if I was rude or inconveniencing her but all I asked was if I do a debit return could I have it back in cash. straight NO before I even finished my sentence.. didn’t offer any help or conversation other than the bare minimum to complete my return.
