I went into Sally’s not knowing what I needed so I asked the sales lady named Ms. Stefanie for some help. At first I was skeptical as to what she was saying but I figured, hey I’ll try it and if it doesn’t work I’ll have two days to get a professional job. To my surprise SHE WAS RIGHT ON!! Really didn’t enjoy my experience here. My mom and I aren’t from this area but she typically loves coming to this Sally’s and goes out of her way to do so. Today we were followed around the store, and I’m not sure why. I would hope race isn’t the reason, but we were the only African American people in the store. I put all my items back because of this. Hopefully this is something that can be addressed.
Got to the store 10 minutes before it opened and really needed to do a run-in and run out kind of thing because I have work. The worker showed up at opening time and when I asked her how long it would be she said another 10 or 15 minutes. This is completely irresponsible and unprofessional!! I should not have to wait for a store to open after the designated time
Store said they close at 7:00 pm store was closed 15-20 minutes before the time posted very inconvenient because I get off late in the evening
