I stopped shopping here a few years ago because the service was horrible. Today I was at a store nearby and needed something specific so I stopped in. We were greeted right away with smiles from the two employees and offered assistance. Amazing customer service! I'm new to doing my own gel nails and the young woman working help me pick out everything I needed and even wrote step-by-step directions for me My new favorite spot for beauty supplies!

Very bad customer service very rude very disrespectful. Don’t know what they’re doing. Will not be going there again.
Not a huge Sally’s person but I started doing my own nails and neeeeeded something to keep it from lifting. I had NO IDEA what I was looking for but Diane was full of warmth and happy to help. She brought everything to the counter so I could continue to shop - and I spent way more than I wanted to but the sales were so good. She then showed me to their line similar to olaplex…. Let’s just say I’ll be heading there again. Thanks Diane and Tori for the amazing experience.
