I went in today, kind of hopeless, and got the best customer service and guidance from Tori. She is so personable, had great knowledge and amazing recommendations. Thank you, Tori - you are incredible at what you do!
If it was possible I would give zero stars. I’m writing this review because I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I had at Sally’s Beauty. I came in looking for guidance on how to achieve a magenta pink color on my hair, which is currently black permanent box dyed. I stopped shopping here a few years ago because the service was horrible. Today I was at a store nearby and needed something specific so I stopped in. We were greeted right away with smiles from the two employees and offered assistance.
