If it was possible I would give zero stars. I’m writing this review because I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I had at Sally’s Beauty. I came in looking for guidance on how to achieve a magenta pink color on my hair, which is currently black permanent box dyed. Instead of receiving thoughtful or knowledgeable advice, I was met with a very pushy sales associate who insisted very confidently that a bleach wash would work for my hair. I stopped shopping here a few years ago because the service was horrible. Today I was at a store nearby and needed something specific so I stopped in. We were greeted right away with smiles from the two employees and offered assistance. I told Chelsey what I was looking for and she took me right to it and explained different options to make sure I got the right product that I was looking for. She was very helpful. Amazing customer service! I'm new to doing my own gel nails and the young woman working help me pick out everything I needed and even wrote step-by-step directions for me My new favorite spot for beauty supplies!
