Used to love shopping here until today. The manager (the heavy set lady that used to teach cosmetology) was very rude. I was honestly surprised. I have a medical condition that causes my hair to be really dry and look like it needs a trim, which is no ones business but my own. The manager just flat out told me to cut my hair. Then proceeded to explain I should trim what she assumed were split ends. I'm on a ton of medications and my hair is something I am sensitive about. Always nice a police when I go in here very clean.
VERY nice girl helped me... she was knowledgeable,friendly, and gave tips about coloring my hair. She was also knowledgeable about fake eyelashes. Super nice, and friendly. She actually helped me twice, on different days.
My wife went into the store looking for some new top tier shampoo for her hair. She went in with my two boys and they all had boots on, no mud. The sales associate immediately gave her a dirty look and made comments about having just mopped. My wife promised to not make a mess and asked for recommendations. The sales associate immediately assumed she wanted the "sale shampoo", assuming by her appearance that we didnt spend money on great products.
