I want to thank Tory for helping me find all the products I needed, she was very professional and friendly great costumer service!
They are no longer going to carry semi permanent hair dye, only the ones that contain PPD (grey coverage) which I am extremely allergic to as well, and will kill me (leaned by mistake and landed me in the ER 3x). As a small town and a beauty supply you would think they would have this knowledge and would accommodate. HUGE bummer and now have to order via Amazon, which it takes 2 weeks to get living here.

Nice store very clean, yet the customer service needs some work. Neither employee could say hi or even Crack a smile cashing me out. Just like stern robots. Customer service matters.
