I cant remember what their name was but the sweetest person helped me and rung me out (I had my doggy!) and I just wanted to say they went above and beyond for me through my lightening process!! Also I highly recommend the one n’ only bonder, I barely lost any hair at all! They gave me a free sample and UGH! Best experience, thank you for being the sweetest! My hair looks great! Loved the bleach as well!

My hair is purple. I wanted burgundy and the salesperson sold me purple. I told her I needed warm tones, and she sold me cool tones. Now I am going to have to pay $$$ to get this out of my hair.
