Really disappointing experience at this Sally Beauty in the mall. I was shopping with my son, who had a small toy car with him. He placed it on a nearly empty shelf, and an employee who was stocking looked over and audibly gasped as if he had done something wrong. A little later, he touched a flat iron box and she rudely said , “Oh my God, you need to get him. There's a customer service representative who, every time I go there, says she can't help. Just because the order is from DoorDash, I don't understand it. She's not doing anything and can't help get the customer's items. We're fulfilling the order for the store's customer; it's as if I were the customer there, the store is still making money. Extremely rude stuff. Called to the store in the morning on June 16, 2026 - asked about the product in stock, the girl on the phone said “never heard of the brand before” and literally hang up - no further questions, no advice - nothing - not even have a nice day. How does this human still works there 😂

I went to Sally Beauty on March 1st and was helped by Kayla. She was personable and attentive. I forgot the bottle of clairol for a reference.
