I think they have wonderful products but in my experience one particular woman who works there is extremely rude . I bought 5 items , when I got home one of the bottles had been opened and some of the product was gone . I returned it a few days later and the employee accused me of using it! Why would I go through all that trouble for 5$? I thought that was extremely rude and very bad customer service!
THIS STORE IS OPEN...East Brook Mall has placed the sign for Sally Beauty Over an empty store and apparently dont care. The store entrance is next to the closed store. Supper nice and helpful employees are in there and willing to serve you. This store is loosing business due to poor signage placement . Help keep the few businesses in the area open.
really sweet people! i didn't know what bleach to buy since i only buy box bleach from drugstores and was recommended to a nice option! bought a lot of stuff for the same price of what i'd buy regularly. super pleased!
The staff is always excellent. This is a great store. I love their products.
