My daughter and I visited for products for her hair and while shopping their was this rude lady I think her name is Tina she really didn’t help us talk to us aggressive seemed like she had a attitude kind of racist toward us and a couple of other customers…I think that’s unprofessional and she needs to be fired…
Looking for similar to Paul Mitchell Tea Tree Special shampoo (since it's jumped to $50/33.8 oz bottle). The lady working there was very friendly and helpful. She knew just what I was looking for. Store was very neat and clean. I'm not particularly comfortable going into beauty shops, so I appreciated that she was able to take me right to what I wanted. Not been into the product yet, but appears and smells to be comparable.
Staff member was super pushy about what hair dye I chose and I would just prefer to be left alone to think cause I picked the wrong one cause I felt rushed. I won’t be going back in person
The lady who was at the cashier today 03/28/2025 around 10:30am was rude didnt wanna help me and she had no teeth
In recent years, I have stopped shopping at Sally’s because many of my favorite exclusive items were always out of stock. I visited today and was pleasantly surprised by how helpful the staff were in finding substitutions for the things they no longer carried. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that at least one item had returned to their stock after having issues with production during Covid.
