I recently visited and had witnessed something that should never take place in a work setting. I needed dye for my SIL, and I had no clue what I needed. The sales clerk was so helpful and friendly. I plan to return again in the future. I like the store layout and the many options of shampoo/conditioner and hair brushes. I gave you a high review due to how I was welcomed, how I was helped, understood, and for the friendly atmosphere.
Best customer service at any sally I have been to by far. So grateful for the lady who helped me today. She was so knowledgeable and caring and took her time to make sure I was all set. This is my first attempt of highlighting my own hair. Truly appreciate her, she is superb and deserves a raise! I wish I remembered her name, she really made the whole process simple for me.
