I went in with no knowledge of any hair products for bleach, a staff member named Arie or Ariel showed me exactly where and what I needed. 10/10 experience :)
The cashier Ally should consider improving her social/customer service skills.... I've been a customer at Sally's for years but won't be returning if that's how they treat their loyal customers.
Went to Sallys with hair goal in mind but with little experience beyond box bleach/hair dye. Ally at the front came around to assist and recommended quality items with great advice. She even offered the option to give the store a call during open hours if I forgot her instructions. Amazing customer service, will def be coming back around the next time I'm in the city.
