As a pro barber I look for not only quality tools and products but for help with choosing the right items for my shop . At this location not only that I get very friendly service but their product knowledge always surprises me ! The staff here genuinely cares about their customer. Thank you

I had a horrible experience at this location on Tuesday evening. One of the girls working was disgustingly rude completely unprofessional, degrading, and disrespectful. She looked like she would have rather been somewhere else. I’ve shopped here many times and have never experienced anything like this before. It was shocking and honestly made me feel uncomfortable. I expected better customer service, and this was truly disappointing.

I want to thanks Karolina for helping me yesterday , she was so knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I wanted to mention that just before I went to another location and the service was terrible but as soon I stepped in the Bridgeport location she welcomed me, advised and wrote all the instructions to correct an awful supermarket colour that I inflicted on myself. It’s a long time, I had such a quality service. And whatever she sold me worked really nicely, she earned a new happy customer.
