Location has limited hours in comparison to other Sally stores in the area. Hours for Saturday are listed until 8pm. Showed up at 754 to pick up an online order and the door was locked. Two employees inside made eye contact with me but said nothing until I shouted through the door asking if they were closed. I understand not wanting to stay past closing however in the time that it's taken me to write this review I could have picked up my order and they would still have two minutes until they are supposed to lock the door. I can't speak highly enough of the customer service here!! I ordered a 2 hour delivery... 4 hours later it still had not arrived... I called the store and they assured that it had been picked up- then gave me customer service number... customer service checked tracking which stated it had been returned to store (it had not)- I was refunded for my order- but still needed the products... so I placed a new order- since it was past 4:00, I assumed I would not receive until the next day.... an hour later my products arrived!!
