I walked in to look for a product for my step-daughter's curly frizzy hair and the manager asked me if I needed help and I said yes and I told her what I needed help with and she said they don't carry child products and that it's child abuse to use adult products in a child hair and than told me I'm not allowed back into her store and that if I come back she'll call the police.

I came to this Sally’s on Sunday . I didn’t get her name, she’s a manager. Her customer service is excellent! She always greets you and ask how may she help you. She is very friendly and she knows about the products , and answers every question I had. I live an hour away, and I drive to this one because of her customer service. She is a black girl. I wish I got her name.

Prices on walls rarely match actual product prices, and "deals" advertised are supposedly expired. No point shopping here
