I bought products for gel nails, turns out I’m not great at doing my own nails but no issues with the product itself. I came in to return them, I was greeted passive aggressively by a staff member about returning products. Told her no issues with the products just that I’m not good at doing my own nails, I said it kind of jokingly just to brighten the mood. Wasn't pleased with my time at Sally's. I Went there for a simple head cover. Only to be watched and stared down as if I was a thief or something. Made my experience very uncomfortable. And I felt profiled to say the very least. Never shopping there again. Especially when you can get the same thing at the dollar store for cheaper and not get cheap synthetic material. 2 thumbs down

Went in the other day not knowing what to get, as I am a very picky person & struggle to find the right products. The lady (I didn’t get her name, she had long curly hair) was so sweet, friendly and knowledgeable. I am in LOVE with everything she recommended me. Her service and advice was amazing. I will definitely be coming back!
