Very bad customer service …I wish I could give this 0 stars ….walked in wasn’t even greeted … didn’t ask if I needed help … this one girl with glasses gave me attitude because I apologized for walking on the floor she just mopped, went to the register to check out…she didn’t ask if I found everything okay….didnt ask for my rewards number gave me my receipt all crumbled up… I was in there for less than 2 mins worst Sally’s here In cruces
I prefer this store to Lohman the workers are always so helpful.
I went to store 10462 and was accused by the store manager paige for stealing. worst customer service ever
Paige was a really good help when finding the color I need, she even suggested a new hair mask for me!
I recently went in looking for a very specific hair dye and one of the workers I believe her name was Denae was so helpful she knew which one I was talking about right away best customer service ever will definitely be returning :)
