Horrible customer service, I purchased an item as I was checking out I asked the sale person to tell me how many points /reward do I have? She said the system does not show her how many points. I ended up the next day, returning the product. Go to the one on Lohman better customer service.
Went to this store location 1.5 hrs before their closing time and the door was locked with hand written note on the door saying they’d be back in 5 minutes. Waited 15 minutes and no one ever returned to open the door. Called the store phone - no answer. Unheard of and totally unacceptable. Mgmt needs to be aware of this.
Horrible customer service and terrible product recommendations twice!I am extremely disappointed with the service and the lack of honesty from the staff at this location.
