Always very helpfull
The hours used to be great compared to other wholesalers for us pros but now they close at different times which make no sense to me and is hard to remember. It literally closes at 8 on Thursday then open till 9 Friday, apparently 7 earlier in the week. I miss when it was open late. Just my preference, not sure about other stylists.
Your staff act high & mighty when they don't even hold cosmetology licenses. I always loved Sally's but a recent situation has made me change my mind. My family entered the store looking for dye for our sons hair. We were immediately met with a lecture about why we shouldn't dye our sons hair (as if that's any of their business). I went in looking for a couple of particular items and Faye was a great help in assisting me. She recommended a shampoo/conditioner line from Hairway to Heaven and I really like how it moisturizes. The scents are a nice additional touch. I will purchase again and will definitely go back to this location when I’m in the area again. Thank you 🩷
A shout out to the store manager, Shelley who provided me with excellent customer service. Long story (involving gel manicure products, LED light) she allowed me to exchange items, so rather than be stuck with items I definitely could not use, I was able to get items I could use, so the $ was not wasted.
