We left this location feeling very judged. All the responses to these reviews are clearly automated so just putting this out there for any real customers. Walked in to get supplies to do my sisters hair that I’ve done quite a few times, so I have a pretty good idea of what I’m doing. Jay was extremely helpful! I was looking for soft brown hicolor for my daughter, the dye is apparently popular and they were sold out. Jay helped me explore other options and found the color I was looking for and had it held at another Sally’s location. Exceptional customer service!
Went in today unsure of anything! After I left, now at home, in LOVE with the results. Samantha greeted me, and made sure she answered every single one of my questions! Making sure I got the right product for my hair, while watching my budget. Thank you Samantha!! My first time at Sally beauty, and I will definitely be back !!
Maeve at this location was SO helpful. She gave me great options to choose from while I do my hair at home (post break up, it’s gotta happen). She was also very friendly and told me about the assistance I can get at home through the app and website. Thanks Maeve!
Poor customer service. A lady asked my sister if she needed help, she said actually, yes! I got my hair done and it turned out black versus a light brown like I wanted and wanted some options on how to go about fixing it. The lady responded with ThAtS NOT BlaCk. I get it’s not what you wanted but that’s not black. THIS IS BLACK and pointed to her own hair. We walked out immediately after. Just rude and unnecessary
