Been in the store a couple of times in the past, I typically have a good shopping experience and help from the sales team, however my recent visit wasn’t so great. I was being ‘helped’ by Amber who did not actually help me find what I needed and ended up shrugging off my questions and walking off when I needed help. I came here on Sunday , July 6th at 5:14 pm as I had googled their hours and it said they were open until 6 today... great. However when I got here the doors were locked despite having employees visible inside and the posted store hours on the front door indicating they are open until 6 pm. Super disappointing. I could understand google being inaccurate but atleast follow the store hours posted on the physical location.

I was recently in the store to buy hair colour but had difficulty deciding a toner. We waited approximately 10 minutes before the associate came out of the back. Unfortunately it wasn’t much help as I asked which toner she would recommend and she simply shrugged and replied “I don’t know pick one”, and walked away. Another associate did come over and help us find what we needed. I went to Sally’s today for advice on my hair, I asked for the same hair products I used last time: the cashier was great but when I got home I realized she suggested I get 1 of the treatments when my long hair needed two. I asked if I needed two and she said no, she also didn’t recommend the right amount of developer. Super disappointing.

Don’t remember the name of the girl who helped me ( sorry girl) but she had blonde space buns and she was so nice and helped me find everything I needed, we need more customer service workers like her fr, she made my day! My hair turned out great btw <3
