Lady at the front was rude, she didn't want to sell me anything, she kept saying i had color on my hair and nothing would work i basically told her that was fine i kept looking around (like idc its my hair i wanted to try another color) but she kept just basically pushing me to leave! She wouldn't even let me see around.
This woman named Alma was very condescending when I wanted a refund on my dye. The return policy states "Love it or return it guarantee" however she very rudely stated that if I didn't like it I had to deal with it. I had to go to another store to get a proper reason for why I couldn't be refunded.
The girl upfront was super helpful & nice. I did buy a white eyeliner from the clearance section though & it was dried out.
Today an employee named Alexandra attended me. I was so pleased with her customer service and how smoothly she upsold and got me all the things I needed to do my hair. I want the manager there to know just what a great Employee they have. 5 stars From me.
