Worst experience with a store I've ever had in my life, they missed out on a huge sale. 0/10 would not recommend unless you want hours of your time wasted.
The staff were nice and everything but the product the recommend ruined my hair. I had dirty blonde hair and was looking for something to turn my hair light blonde and they recommended a product and it turned my hair gray and blue, I ended up having to have someone fix my hair for $200 dollars
The staff was nice but the products they recommended do not work, the bleach bleached my skin more then my hair and the dye didn’t even take and I followed the instructions, wasted over $70 on things that didn’t work and was promised it would. Good staff bad products.
I received excellent help. But I was sold a used hair trimmer. It was missin all the extra attachments and the oils, and I opened it To a hair covered trimmer that barely worked without jamming it’s self just by running by itself and not trimming anything. The hair trimmer itself has scrapes and an exposed and slightly cut power cord. CHECK WHAT YOU BUY BEFORE PURCHASE
