I don’t really leave reviews all that often but seeing a lot of negative shocks me. This place has always welcomed me the second I walked through the door and the staff does an excellent job at helping me find what I need. On days I don’t need assistance, they allow me to browse freely without making me feel I’m being hovered or bugged. at this point this store needs shut down. it seems so racist at this sallys. no braiding hair. no aisle even for us mixed or dark skin people. pathetic service after they realized what i was looking for. sallys do better. this is a college town there is absolutely no reason why you dont have braiding hair for your students and they have to go an hour away for braiding hair. the girl with glasses had the poorest attitude and couldn’t even stand up straight. altoona sallys could never be so pathetic

Literally just left the store. I was the only customer in the store, and as soon as I walked in I was asked by the store manager and only employee on duty if I needed help with anything, I said no, I'm just grabbing some color depositing masks/conditioners, he made a comment about mixing them if I couldn't find the right shade.
