My brother and I went in to get dyes and bleach. One worker came to help us and asked hwys we needed, giving honest opinions about certain dyes that didn’t work well versus ones that did. When we came to checkout with a small thing of bleach, she had instructed that we would need developer with it to make it work. Overall, she was very kind, patient, and helpful— giving us a great experience.

I’ve been frequenting Sally’s for a very long time, and finally I had someone who was kind and gentle, listen to my concerns in depth, and patiently educate me on a color to help me get the results I really wanted! Audrianna is so very thoughtful, and smart… also her store is typically much more clean and organized!
