Terrible customer service. To start off I called sallys before i went up there to see if they had a product i was looking for. I waited on the phone for 7 minutes and finally hung up. So on my break I went up there when I walked in, 2 employees were laughing and talking which I didn't see an issue with but neither greeted me. Then when I went to check out both ladies were behind the register still laughing and I stood there for about 2 minutes and asked if she was going to check me out. Sally’s always has a great selection of nail and hair items until COVID came! I love Sally Beauty Supply ! I have a 4 because there’s always room for improvement!

I’m not a beauty and makeup girl. But I am overcoming a hard time in my life right now so I decided to have some fun and take my super dark hair to super blonde. And I also suffer from horrible anxiety and was overwhelmed when I went inside which probably didn’t help. When I went inside I was pretty twitchy and also straightforward about my lack of knowledge and appreciated the employee that was there saying she was going to wait to ask the other employee because she didn’t want to mess me up.
