I called Sephora because my hair was in bad shape and I wanted to give it more strength. The girl from Sephora told me exactly what to buy . And that is is cheaper there
It’s great but never enough staff. The 1 worker as overwhelmed and couldn’t handle 3 customers at once, nor should she be expected to I prefer to shop at the Abbotsford location which is always adequately staffed
I have always been very happy with the service and advice here. All the Sally's have great products but not all have great customer service like this particular shop. This shop at Willowbrook is exceptional. I've not had such a good experience with others. And I do love the products; it's gotten me out of using drugstore box dyes.
Arrived at 9:15 am, store supposed to be open but no one there. Not good for business!! I drove to this location simply because it was supposed to be open at 9
