I've had good experiences there and I'm a licensed cosmetologist. They're always helpful if I need help and do greet me when I come in which is not as common now as it used to be. Just that courtesy is nice.
I went to Sally’s for hair dye and they had a promotion of buy two get one free. The woman had grabbed everything for me and checked me out and when I got home and I was missing my free one. I bought five hair dyes and I did not receive my free one. I called the store, and the woman told me I needed to bring all the products and my receipt back to return everything and do the transaction over again.
