Just a PSA to anyone shopping here. Do not let die associates bully you in regards to your returns. The return policy is listed on the website and the back of your receipt. However, when I went into the store to return hair color I used and hated the outcome, the blue haired associate who helped me originally not only insisted my hair looked good, she also rallied other customers to convince me my hair looked fine.
