Just a PSA to anyone shopping here. Do not let die associates bully you in regards to your returns. The return policy is listed on the website and the back of your receipt. However, when I went into the store to return hair color I used and hated the outcome, the blue haired associate who helped me originally not only insisted my hair looked good, she also rallied other customers to convince me my hair looked fine. I live all the way in conroe and when i stopped by at this location Gracie was so helpful and informative will definitely be coming back because of her!
Gracie was so helpful and nice! Another customer had given her a really hard time and I was impressed both in how she handled herself with a hostile customer. She was also able to come over and then be so pleasant with me. I'll be back because of her excellent customer service.
