The manager, Kayla told us to get t18 and t10 and said it would look so good and the hair was white and gray and yellow…NOT WHAT WE WANTED!!
I did an online order with 2 hour delivery. Two of the four products I received were wrong. When I called the store they were extremely rude and not helpful at all. I would suggest avoiding the Holly Springs location until they hire a branch manager, the employees receive training in product knowledge, and learn some customer service skills. This was my worst experience to date with Sally's. I would strongly suggest they also have a conversation with Tae about how to speak with customers.

Decent shop, had what I needed and I really love the manager Amanda. However I question why she would hire someone that quite literally makes the store reek. I try to be polite but when your BO is so strong to the point that I avoid coming here, something has to be done. I don’t know the workers name as i literally didn’t stay longer than 2 minutes but I'm sure she knows who she is. My love whatever situation you are going through, I hope you get through it and take a LOOOONG shower to help yourself heal.
