recently went here to get some color remover for my hair! Beathany helped me find some and it didnt remove the color at all but left brown spots in my head! Im really upset and disappointed this did not work…
Hi beware that the when you buy something in their stores, just having the return receipt that saids if items returned within 60 days can refunded or exchanged, is not true. The computer system requires a phone number; it does not say this on the legal receipt. So the consumer is stuck with the purchase and the expense. The company should legally say a phone number is required also, to get a refund or exchange. Poor PR.
Bethany and Cody were extremely helpful in finding me some things for my hair!!! Every time I come in it's always lovely. Amazing vibe, love it here and will be coming back!
