Never ask the people who work there for hair advice they know absolutely nothing about hair. Last time I walked in and they told me I could put gray toner on yellow hair and it wouldn’t turn gray if I mixed it with a white toner, which is ridiculous and turned my whole head grey when they said it would turn the organge white and the white toner turn the yellow grey. The they sell me Hair dye that doesn’t even cover grey when my hair was clearly grey they didn’t recommend a grey additive to make the black hair dye cover the g... read more
Amazing experience! I wish I knew the name of people who helped me(one of ladies had green hair and other person had really short hair) but these two kind souls were so helpful me out so much. They were so patience with me and I know nothing about hair dyes and it was my first time at Sally's. They talked to me, heard my concerns and came up with amazing solution. So knowledgeable and understanding. Please if you read this thank you so much. My hair came out great. Would definely come back again!!!
The hours say 9-9, I spent an hour of my time driving here as it’s the closest Sally’s beauty to me and I got here at 7pm and the store was closed? Is the owner going to pay my gas or update their hours to be right? frustrating
Absolutely amazing customer service! My son and I stopped in today to get some colour. Hes a busy guy so he was all over the place. The staff we utterly amazing with him, having him help with picking the colours and even assisting with check out. He has so happy! Ive been a customer of this location for so many years and I will always continue to come back. You ladies truly made my day thank you 😊
