Nevaeh and Alyssa are incredible humans! Yesterday I toodled in because I needed a change and don’t have any friends to go shopping with. I would have thought I met my besties at the store for a girls day. They made great recommendations and conversation. I literally stayed for like an hour because it was a fun amazing and personable shopping adventure. These two will never know how much I needed that. Thank you two for existing and providing a shopping experience like none other!

Do not use 2 hour delivery. I ordered 3 items, apparently two were out of stock so I essentially paid $16 for a bottle of $5 toner. There are several issues here. One, why was another product not offered? Why was I not called or given the option to cancel? Second, the website is clearly not up to date as the item was listed as available. So why offer this service? I have never been so angry with a supplier in my life. Now I have to drive all the way to the store anyway, after they took my money. Insane.

I recently came in to the store today and had a lot of questions bleaching my hair for the first time, what kind of bleach, what toner should I use, is my hair in a good condition for it? I was kinda embarrassed to ask questions at first, but the lady who helped me, she was amazing. I got the results I wanted! What a win for me but an even bigger win for her. She was very nice and informative and made me so happy that I could achieve what I was asking for! Thank you so much!
