Had a great experience here I talked to a young girl named Noel and she was very helpful and even conversed with me in my native language Japanese she had very good communication skills and talked with me for a while walking me through how to dye my hair properly and how to take care of it very sweet girl and very interesting to talk to would go again next time I’m around
Harlow was the absolute best. I’ve been having a hard couple weeks and their energy truly brightened up my day!! Their suggestions were so helpful as I went into the store with no prior knowledge of dying my hair. They even went through the work of bagging my items separately and labeling them in the order I had to use them on my hair. Above and BEYOND service!

It's only 6:12pm and it says they're open Tuesdays until 7pm. The door is locked, the lights are on, and no one is managing the store. Super frustrating.
