Iove Sally's, but in this store there is this lady who is not friendly or helpful. I went in to get the red out of my hair and when I asked for help she said I wouldn't be able to get the red out and that id need to go darker. And with her explaining she said it as though I was stupid and should've known better. Well I YouTubed it and got it done, but the lady with the short blonde hair and glasses was not helpful or friendly and had no knowledge of hair in any way.
