La vendedora se molestó cuando le dije que estaba viendo. Luego le pregunté por un tinte, ne recomendó como igual a mi tono y creí en su palabra, y lo compré y ahora tengo 2 tonos en mi cabello. First time going there.. went to by 2 iroiro hair dyes, when i went to the check out to pay it went through on my end charged me $31.08 but wasn’t going through for the cashier for some reason. then cashier wants to be rude and unprofessional blaming me and say it’s a problem on my end and i need to call to fix my phone/payment even tho it charged me and is clearly a computer/system malfunction. couldn’t get the hairdye or my money back. $31.08!!
Very helpful staff, enough employees to help customers find what they are looking for.
A lady with blue hair assisted me today and she was kind and her customer service skills were quick and helpful!
