Buyer Beware: Support for high-end tools is not what I expected. I purchased the Andis Envy Adjustable Blade Clipper With Cord here for over $150. While the clipper itself works beautifully, I have found the post-purchase support from Sally Beauty to be very difficult. Even though the manufacturer (Andis) confirmed that a replacement blade (Item #66240) is available for purchase, Sally Beauty corporate policies seem to prevent the store from ordering it.
