The staff at Sally in Courtenay are always very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to greet you when you enter the store and let you know any current sales that are on. I don't generally buy too much from there, but when I do, I can count on all the staff to be consistently proactive and engaged while I'm shopping.
I was sold hair lightener when I asked what hair bleaches were good, hair lightener and bleach are not the same. What a waste of $70
Really friendly and knowledgeable staff who know the product really well. The store itself has a ton of variety which is great for someone who‘s an amateur stylist like myself. I will definitely be back :)
