I hadn't colored my hair in a long time knew what I wanted but wasn't sure how to achieve it. The employee who helped me was very thorough and I followed her instructions and got exactly what I was asking for my hair. Thank you so much I'm happy with my experience.

Manager is not pleasant. Was happy to help when I needed to buy something. She told me to get a particular straightener that curls and straightens. I brought it back was because I couldn't straighten my hair without it pulling my hair OUT. And then I couldn't straighten without it burning my scalp. Manager said well the sides cause the burn you cant go to your scalp. Obviously I don't straighten my scalp. I've done my hair over a decade. I know how it shouldn't burn and pull at every angle.
