Super organized and staff is nice. But the small girl with short dyed hair doesn’t seem to speak well, lol! But everyone is kind and helpful.Love this store!

Manager is not pleasant. Was happy to help when I needed to buy something. She told me to get a particular straightener that curls and straightens. I brought it back was because I couldn't straighten my hair without it pulling my hair OUT. And then I couldn't straighten without it burning my scalp. Manager said well the sides cause the burn you cant go to your scalp. Obviously I don't straighten my scalp. I've done my hair over a decade. I know how it shouldn't burn and pull at every angle. I give it 5 stars because they do have amazing products and great customer service. However I will say I’m very disappointed in my online experience because their website has been messed up for 2 1/2 years now. Some parts load just fine. Others (especially your cart) take forever to load or won’t load at all.
