Ordered online and had an allergic reaction. I was trying to return 2 that were unopened to a local store and they only had a computer option of giving me a store credit. The problem is that the employee was rude in telling me since they don't know how to take in an online return that I needed to choose another option or go call the online Sally's. June 6th: Store is closed and doors locked at 6:50pm. As a stylist this was horrible. The young lady looked at me, rolled her eyes, and kept counting down the register. Update: June 7th at 4:15pm and they are closed until 5pm. Can't make this stuff up.
