I don't know if the employees were having a bad day or what- I went in with a pretty terrible dye job and oveheard the two cashiers snark and giggle about how bad it was. One even excused herself to the back from laughing. As I checked out the other employee giggled at me and said "Oh be careful with that will ya?" Completely rude and unprofessional no matter the circumstances.

June 13,2025...after a call I made to Sally's on Thursday 6/12/2025...prior to Friday, I'd inquired about home relaxer kits for black hair...the young lady was courteous and exhibited a lot of patience ....she briefly put me on hold,returned to the phone to inform me of products that she thought I'd be interested in....I picked up the three items and used all three this past Saturday, I couldn't be happier with the outcome! She's a keeper for sure!
