I had the pleasure of interacting with Luca 😁 she has a wonderful spirit and is beautiful inside and out. She remembered me from a previous visit and made suggestions to help me make informed decisions about my purchase. I have stopped Sallys for years, but on to today, i was treated like I was a crimminal. Their new trainee followed me around asking if I needed help and if I knew what I was looking for. The other lady acted like I was a complete pain foe asking questions about the product. Sallys has a sale on buy 2 get one free. The second lady acted as though she didn't know what I was asking, why the trainee got the I guess was the store manager, and she was finally able to answer my question regarding buy two get one free. Bought almost 80 dollars worth of products on the 28th of may, returned what I didnt use today (the 3rd of june) and somehow the return managed to make it onto someone else's card. I know it wasnt mine because I only pay with one card when shopping here!
