I had never been to this store before. Walked in to look at hair scissors, dye, and generally browse; the clerk followed me halfway through the store with unsolicited questions about what I was looking for. This bothered me, and they definitely seemed judgey for total strangers. I am an introverted tomboyish person, but also still a shopper with money who wanted to browse. I ended up leaving and going to Walmart for what I needed. Negative vibes.
My experience with the associates was great in enlightening me on alternative products to achieve the finished look that I was seeking. Without a lot of processing. One of the better products. As my techniques are advanced
Logan is an absolute frazzled mess. I watched him for about 15 minutes argue back and forth with an older woman because she was asking him where to find a product and he kept going on a rant about how he hadn’t worked here long and had no way of knowing. Was very rude to this poor sweet lady. When I tried to check out, he kept ranting about how he really needed Olivia to come back from lunch because he was drowning in work (it was only that very kind lady and myself in the store and I had yet to speak a word to him). The blonde hair, chunkier lady does not leave you alone. She will get in your personal space even after you ask her to step further away, she will try to take your personal list out of your hand. When you go to check out she gets an attitude after you reject all of the extra trash she’s trying to get you to buy. This isn’t okay
Very nice people, great location... just not enough products! Lots of missing shelf products that should be ordered and stocked.
