I have stopped Sallys for years, but on to today, i was treated like I was a crimminal. Their new trainee followed me around asking if I needed help and if I knew what I was looking for. The other lady acted like I was a complete pain foe asking questions about the product. Sallys has a sale on buy 2 get one free. Bought almost 80 dollars worth of products on the 28th of may, returned what I didnt use today (the 3rd of june) and somehow the return managed to make it onto someone else's card. I know it wasnt mine because I only pay with one card when shopping here!
They have a good selection, nothing super expensive or professional stuff but it’s a good variety. The women who work here are happy to help and amazing! Their customer service is 10/10!
Natalie greeted me when I came in and I NEEDED help. I just got bangs and I had no clue how to handle them. She was very knowledgeable about rollers and told me how to use them. Great customer service!
