My daughter wanted blue hair, We went to Sally’s and the dye and the developer didn’t do anything. We went back and tried to get a refund and was told we could get store credit. They refunded for a different dye and also charged me for a color removal. Went home removed the color and added the dye. Still did not stick. I went back and showed them my daughter’s hair that was now damn near grey looking. Was told that they would not refund me or even offer store credit to fix. Never place an online order. You’ll never get your items and you won’t get your money back either.
Called and talked to Michele; she was very helpful. Many places of business are inadequately staffed through no fault of their own and so many employees are compensating for the lack of employees; it was nice to hear someone take their time and focus on the customer. She was great.
