Kendra Nelson at the Brandon, Manitoba location assisted me with picking out the correct color formula for my hair. I do like the products that they sell, but I hate every time that I go to the specific store the person that is working is following me around as soon as I step foot in the door and trying to upsell me on every single item. I just wanna go into the store, get my product, pay, and get out. There is nothing worse than being harassed by the workers to buy more products and asked many questions. I will purposely drive to Winnipeg to go to a different Sally’s because the owner and the workers are very annoying here.

It took the girl 3 times to get my message right. Plus I said very dry skin and she sells me gel. Go over with them to pay attention when talking on phone. Also get them training so they know their products Thanks Bev Kotak
