I love Sally Beauty. If you like to dye your hair fun colors this is the place to go you can get everything in one stop. The associates are always friendly and willing to help and answer your questions. You can usually find something fun and the discount rack in the back to.
Generally, I love Sally’s. Great products and usually the recommendations from employees are great. Not this time. I was recommended an Ion colour treatment to apply pre-colouring at the cash. Followed the instructions per the packaging. It led to dye not applying to the crown of my head. I fixed it and my hair looks great but I did have to buy new dye. The lovely young lady at Sallys July 21st/24 was an absolute fantastic, kind and beyond helpful consultant. She made my visit amazing first thing in the morning. Even me running back in for her to go over the instructions with me, AGAIN because I was nervous. She was happy to go over it all again until I was confident!! Tysm 🩷
The young woman, I believe her name is Makenna, working here who helped me to pick the right products and proper color for my hair was so knowledgeable and super friendly. Her advice on what to do and how to do it was spot on. She went above and beyond and answered my gazillion questions. I really enjoyed my experience. Thank you!
