I have been a faithful Sally’s customers for years after experiencing judgment from this location. I will no longer shop at Sally’s or return to any Sally’s location.
The two ladies working 12/30/25 around 3-4p were rude and weren’t helpful at all!! I needed help with something that I wasn’t familiar with and it felt like I was being such a burden to them. I asked a question and they looked at me with disgust in their faces because I interrupted their conversation. Never will I return. After they tried to “help” I just said I would come by later with my mom but I won’t be returning!! Never felt so uncomfortable in my life. We also saw a roach and my husband killed it smh
Your staff is un helpful , lazy and rude. Dressed very sloppy. My wife spends a lot of money 💰 at your stores. IS MOVING FORWARD.WILL SPEND OUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. OUR VISIT WAS TODAY.
I’ve been going to this sally beauty for a while now, and every time I go, I get amazing help and I just recently colored my hair and got a few tips on how to help it with the damage. Now my hair is feeling amazing.
Livia was amazing. She knew where everything was and her knowledge base on gel nails and ”how to start “ was phenomenal. Friendly, kind and patient . A real asset to your company….My new Sally store.
