Your staff is un helpful , lazy and rude. Dressed very sloppy. My wife spends a lot of money 💰 at your stores. IS MOVING FORWARD.WILL SPEND OUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. OUR VISIT WAS TODAY.

I’ve been going to this sally beauty for a while now, and every time I go, I get amazing help and I just recently colored my hair and got a few tips on how to help it with the damage. Now my hair is feeling amazing.

Livia was amazing. She knew where everything was and her knowledge base on gel nails and ”how to start “ was phenomenal. Friendly, kind and patient . A real asset to your company….My new Sally store.

Store was clean and good deals, staff is nice except for Rachel I believe was her name, she was rude to me and the other staff, spent her time on her personal phone instead of helping other customers. Seemed like she just did not want to be there.

The employee working on Sunday January 26 at opening time was very rude and not wanting to help with looking for an item. If we have it it will be on shelf and I had to ask the location it would be if it was on the shelf to see if I was looking in the right place.
