I asked their assistant manager for help because she had beautifully dyed blue hair so I figured she was worth her salt. The developer and bleach she recommended is the best I have ever used. It is a little harsh smelling (duh, it’s a chemical) but it is wildly effective and doesn’t melt my hair into a sticky puddle. I’ve been dying my hair for 15 years and this is the first time I’ve not burned my scalp or wrecked my hair altogether. Maria, THANK YOU for the knowledge and patience you extended to me today!

Always so well taken care of by the Beauty Queen! She always recommends great products and helps me find what I want but never pushes. And always looks fabulous doing it. I always feel like a million bucks after shopping with her!
Asked an employee what the difference is between 'clear' and 'cream' developers while shopping - she said there's basically no difference, and I was left to discover that clear developer is basically like water in texture, which is completely ruining what I needed to use it for! Never asking the employees for information again, management is clearly not training them well. It's ok to say 'I don't know'. I'll be researching on my own before I do any purchasing here.
