Showed up today to make a purchase but the store is closed (posted hours state opens at 10 am and it is 10:17 am. I checked hours on Google before leaving at it said it was open (hours posted on windows also show 10 am opening time). Will change review once I am actually able to shop here
I've come to this location many times for hair advice and help, this morning, January 26, 2026 10:05 am, a girl with multicolored hair said, she refused to help me because she didnt think.she could, which is fine, but her tone was rude, she didnt show me where the product was, she pointed and walked away, and ignored me asking excuse me where? Very bad customer service. The sales representative was racist. After billing she informed that you cannot return it all. As we just got product asked to check if it is working, she said that she cannot help at all. Even before billing she didn’t tell that the product cannot be returned. I asked for manager then she didn’t answer for that. She was very rude and it was very clear that this store is not welcoming brown people.
Everyone here is so kind. My girlfriend came and the employees were wonderful and helpful. She remains a loyal customer
You have a very rude lady in your staff that likes to butt in to conversations. I wanted to dye my hair purple and she had all these opinions on it, opinions I didn’t ask for as she wasn’t the sales lady helping me. Was there September 28th at around 11.
