Chelsea provided the most amazing customer service, and helped me find everything on my list with ease. She was so knowledgeable and sweet, and provided wonderful product recommendations. A few weeks back an employee with pink hair who’s name I didn’t catch was very sweet and pleasant helped me out when I was in a rush. Excited to come back for more lovely goodies :) happy to see some fresh faces in here, they are all so kind and helpful!
Whoever the manager is, is awful at this location. Incredibly rude and downright dismissive. If you need to go to this location you’re better off knowing what you need beforehand.

Showed up today to make a purchase but the store is closed (posted hours state opens at 10 am and it is 10:17 am. I checked hours on Google before leaving at it said it was open (hours posted on windows also show 10 am opening time). Will change review once I am actually able to shop here
I've come to this location many times for hair advice and help, this morning, January 26, 2026 10:05 am, a girl with multicolored hair said, she refused to help me because she didnt think.she could, which is fine, but her tone was rude, she didnt show me where the product was, she pointed and walked away, and ignored me asking excuse me where?
