Moon is an absolute sweetheart. She was so helpful, knowledgeable with the most lovely personality. She made my shopping experience fantastic. You can't miss her when you walk in! Her personality is as bright and beautiful as her hair
Absolutely amazing experience with Moon and their watermelon hair they were so helpful and encouraging. Suggested amazing products! I was visiting from out of town and had a liiiiiitle bit of a hair crisis and they made everything so much easier. Thanks so much moon!!!
Chelsea provided the most amazing customer service, and helped me find everything on my list with ease. She was so knowledgeable and sweet, and provided wonderful product recommendations. A few weeks back an employee with pink hair who’s name I didn’t catch was very sweet and pleasant helped me out when I was in a rush. Excited to come back for more lovely goodies :) happy to see some fresh faces in here, they are all so kind and helpful!
Whoever the manager is, is awful at this location. Incredibly rude and downright dismissive. If you need to go to this location you’re better off knowing what you need beforehand.
